A small yet busy team working with a Software as a Service tool (SaaS) to support global customers in collecting data and analyzing the results to deliver improvements.
Job description
Working in a small yet busy office, you will need to have customer service and general computer skills.
We are looking for a confident, motivated individual who is able to prioritise their workload to meet the demands of the business.
There is the opportunity to complete training qualifications.Duties will include:
- Processing of data across a range of systems, including Webropol software, in accordance with customer specific SLAs.
- Checking and comparing data for accuracy, investigating errors and ensuring corrections are actioned.
- Leading meetings, presenting information, speaking on video conferences.
- Conducting regular systems testing to ensure functionality is fit for purpose.
- Communicating with customers at different levels and providing helpdesk support, escalating more complex issues to technical team when required.
- Working closely with UK and international teams to ensure best level of support for all customers.
- Supporting the project manager with customer projects, including providing administrative support.
- In addition to the above you may be required to carry out such other tasks as are required from time to time for the efficient operation of the Employer's business. You are to carry out such additional duties upon request of your line manager.

Job Types:

£11.00-£15.00 per hour
