JOB PURPOSE The Technology Standards Manager, Commercial ITis responsible for ensuring we have defined standards for the hardware technology we deploy across our global estate.

The Standards Manager will partner with teams from across our IT function, and work with manufacturers and external partners to ensure wehave an active hardware management lifecycle policy to enable our teams to operate efficiently with fit for purpose, supportable technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the end to end processes required to manage technology standards for hardware and services deployedto corporate offices, stores and supply chain locations globally - Develop and maintain an ongoing hardware management lifecycle policy to ensure we balance return on investment with operational effectiveness and supportability for all store and end user technology
