Job Summary:
As Supervisor, you will work in support of the Soft FM Manager in providing day to day management of
the service delivery. The role is responsible for the HCC Supervision team, ensuring
service demands are met effectively to specification.

In this role, your aim will is to be recognised as an employer of choice through:

The Role

  • To ensure day to day labour allocations with HCC Team are performed within budgetary targets
  • Communicate with Soft FM Manager to ensure a clear understanding of budgetary labour targets
  • Ensure service standards exceed specification and carry out regular audits
  • Manage the work of the HCC Supervisors
  • Attend KPI meetings and ensure we are compliant
  • Create and manage action plans to deliver compliance when necessary
  • Ensuring work schedules are current and fit for purpose
  • Work in conjunction with the training department to ensure placemakers are up to date with all mandatory training and
identify your own personal development and training needs.

  • Participate in projects, assignments and training as required
  • Continuously improve motivation, leadership and direction, ensuring the achievement of targets and standards

Conduct yourself in a professional manner whilst on company premises
Respond flexibly to necessary organisational and operation changes
Previous senior supervisory experience.,
Team driven and a collaborative mindset
High level of change readiness, persistency and problem-solving approach
High work capacity and strong case management, with an ability to work to deadlines
Contact/communication skills and empathy
Ability to multitask and project manage
Competent in the production of reports, statistical analyses, and communications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
Experience of working in a service industry and in a contracting out environment an advantage
