Are you a dedicated and nurturing individual with a passion for supporting young learners? We are currently seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our client's educational team in Warrington.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the development of Key Stage 1 students, starting in January 2024 on an ongoing temporary basis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance to the Key Stage 1 teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support the individual needs of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to contribute to a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
  • Contribute to the implementation of behavior management strategies to ensure a positive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage
  • A genuine passion for supporting the development and wellbeing of young learners.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the classroom environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check and other necessary clearances.
  • Ability to prove your Right to Work in the UK.
