Overview

Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a leading private Substance Misuse provider that was founded as a result of a mother witnessing her son's addiction to Heroin at the age of 18, but feeling powerless to help, and thus the service was formed with a simple plea - to help each other and thus a support group for parents was formed.

Since then, the organisation has expanded to 80 services across the UK, supporting individuals with drug and alcohol abuse, mental health issues, and their friends and family through community, face-to-face, and prison-based services.

Presently they are looking to expand their operations within Bournemouth therefore together we are headhunting for an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Pharmacist with the relevant prescribing qualification including either a v200 or v300 to join the organisation as an Independent Prescriber.

As an Independent Prescriber, you will be in charge of performing clinical assessments, diagnosis, and clinical management in accordance with the organisation's corporate policies as well as national regulations, policies, and procedures.

Location
This Independent Prescriber Vacancy is located in Bournemouth.

Bournemouth offers excellent links across Dorset including Poole and Wimborne while also offering great commutable links from areas such as Southampton via the A31.

Criteria

Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD OR RGN) or Registered Pharmacist
Hold a relevant prescribing qualification i.e., v100 or v300

Salary and Benefits
As an Independent Prescriber you will be paid up to £51,000 per annum pro rata and offered a an outstanding benefit package including;
