Part time Internal Quality Assurer:

Job description

The College Merthyr Tydfil anticipates creating a post for the role of part-time, hourly-paid Internal Quality assurer to be engaged in the quality assurance of Dementia Awareness qualifications/Health & Social Care qualifications.

The post will be for a fixed term period between 1st September 2023 and 31st July 2024. Actual hours worked will be based on demand, capability and availability.

This part-time, hourly-paid post will commence on an hourly rate of £16.11 (Derived from a full-time equivalent salary of £31,085).

The role of the part-time, hourly paid IQA will provide internal quality assurance of VQs and/or vocational training courses to allow the participant to successfully achieve the appropriate qualification.

The part-time, hourly-paid Internal Quality Assurer will also provide personal support, advice, and guidance for the assessors/tutors allocated to them.
