Description

The postholder will manage and co-ordinate the purchase, repair, service, calibration, qualification and validation of QC equipment and software according to defined procedures and protocols and in accordance with cGMP work practices.


Key duties include the following:

  • Execute, manage and coordinate the repair of equipment within the labs and production areas
  • Carry out, manage and coordinate the maintenance, calibration and qualification of routine QC laboratory equipment
  • Coordinate the procurement of new equipment and software
  • Support change controls, deviations, OOS and SST investigations and CAPA's in the most diligent manner.
  • Liaise with approved and trained engineers for onsite and external work
  • Liaise with external contractors, internal engineering department and equipment users to minimise downtime
  • Identify equipment suppliers and obtain quotations
- writing and/or reviewing protocols and reports with the support of Senior QC staff


Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
