SPA Service Co-ordinator

Part Time 20 Hours per week

Willington, Derbyshire

£13,000 per annum

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator who will be working within our Single Point of Access team (SPA) at our Head Office in Willington, providing support to one of our nursing services and delivering outstanding patient support.

This role is office based with potential for hybrid flexibility

  • What will you be doing as the Service Coordinator Advisor?_
  • Liaising with NHS centres in regard to new patient regimes
  • Clarifying and making amendment requests
  • Completing welcome calls to new patients
  • Carrying out welfare calls to Nurses or Renal Technicians in regards to any issues raised
  • Liaising with all staff members and the Clinical Lead Nurses
  • Managing the NHS inbox and Nurse/RT inbox for both services
  • Recording and management of Clinical Incidents and Adverse Events
  • What essential experience do you need as the Nurse Advisor?_
  • Clinical mindset and experience
  • Commercial background
  • Awareness of NHS practices and NHS lines of communication
Working pattern


Monday - 8:30 - 17:30

Thursday - 13:00 - 17:30

Friday - 08:30 - 17:30
