We are looking for experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team of professionals
The Role
- To assist in the development of an efficient & highly successful sales and Lettings team with strong core values
- Handle daily applicant enquiries and manage all systems efficiently
- Arrange viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Personally drive the sales and Lettings process, seeing sales through from winning the pitch to completion
- Liaise with clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner
- To promote the Safe and Secure brand amongst our target client base and locally with key local influencers.
- Be a point of contact for ongoing client care
- Effectively market and promote properties for sale and to let
- Have a thorough understanding of the offer process
- Be confident putting offers to vendors
- Have experience in sales progression and follow sales through to exchange and completion
- Seek to build the sales and Lettings business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities
The Person
- Experience of circa 2 years with proven residential sales & Lettings
- Self-Motivated
- Knowledge of Washington and Houghton area
- Target and goal driven individual
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Wellpresented, be a good communicator and articulate
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
- An excellent ability to build rapport
The Reward
- Monday to Friday 9am5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9:301:30pm
- Bonus Structure Available

starting at £24,000 per year pro rata
