Morgan UI Toolkit is a design system solution for building web and mobile user interfaces at scale that incorporate best-of-breed interactions and visual design.

It helps the Bank deliver cohesive, ADA-compliant experiences across organizational boundaries, products and channels.

As our team grows, we're looking for a content specialist to support and help lead the project's content strategy. We need a content all-rounder with the ability to understand and translate strategy to deliver site improvements on time. We wanted a motivated doer, focused on content that is in the best interests of our users.


Collaborating with designers, developers, information architects, product owners and UX writers, this role will help us build a world-class design system.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and contribute to the content strategy and vision for the design system.
  • Write communications, education pages, case studies, etc.
  • Help lead the project content team.
  • Edit the writing of others.
  • Drive best practices and consistency.
  • Project manage the content program, facilitate meetings.
  • Drive best practices and consistency.
  • Evangelize content standards.
  • Evaluate and audit existing content.
  • Provide insights for improving the content experience.

Essential content strategy experience/understanding:


  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate strategy into deliverable projects.
  • Management of content teams.
  • Content experiences with websites and apps.
  • Adherence to brand and style book guidelines.
  • Experience in editing content from many contributors into a consistent voice and tone.
  • Digital publishing processes.

Essential UX experience/understanding

  • Digital user experience.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts (e.g., design theory, component functionality).

Preferred experience

  • Design systems.
  • B2B financial services content.
  • AP Stylebook.
