    Executive Assistant & Office Manager
    to join the team and hit the ground running.

    The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to senior-level executives. They should be well-organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage office visitors and external coordination
    • Handle day to day office management (liaising with building management and suppliers)
    • Coordinating internal meetings and events, logistics and catering
    • Support onboarding processes
    • Take ownership of administrative processes and work to continuously improve efficiencies

    Qualifications

    • 3-7 years in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar admin role
    • Track record in fast paced, financial services environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
    • Experience in a start up or working in a small team setting
    • Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    This role is office based in the City of London and is offering a competitive base and bonus.
