The Role

Here at Fortem we are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Customer experience officer to join our Stonewater Housing contract, based in Chippenham.

Working on a full-time basis, you will aim to deliver and improve the level of customer and client engagement in the customer journey covering all work streams at branch.

The Project

Working with our operational teams, sub-contractors and trades you will play a vital role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications, liaising with customers and residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works happening.

You will coordinate access arrangements as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively, in order for works to be completed to schedule.
