We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the Adaptations contract to ensure seamless operations. Familiarity or prior experience in the construction sector is advantageous.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, client information, and financial data.
  • Coordinate and support various administrative projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
