We are looking for a Clinical Admin Service Advisor to join our fabulous, hard-working, and supportive team at Aspiro Derby.


Our Clinical Admin team play an integral part in patient care, and here at Aspiro, we will give you the tools to thrive and communicate with our patients confidently, starting with our exceptional induction program.


You must have a high level of IT literacy, be emphatic and able to deal with a diverse and demanding workload.

Caring for our patients is top priority and this role is paramount in supporting our patients with long term conditions and ensuring patients attend for routine blood testing.

Our team are based in our Practice at Parkfields Surgery and support the timely and accurate delivery of primary care to patients within Derby.


Job Summary:


The post-holder will undertake administration duties which involve heavy patient contact via the telephone listed below, although not exhaustive, to support the smooth running of the practice.


Responsibilities:


Clinical Administration

QoF:

  • Support the management and achievement of QoF ensuring QoF targets using an effective LTC monitoring process
  • Support the Childhood Immunisations programme and achievement working alongside the Nursing team
  • Support the promotion and utilisation of these services to improve patient care

Enhanced Services:

  • Support the management and achievement of National and Local Enhanced Services ensuring that targets are met using an effective recall system
  • Support the promotion and utilisation of these services to improve patient care
  • Be involved in national campaigns such as vaccinations and cancer screening

PCN DES / IIF:

  • Support the management and achievement of PCN DES targets ensuring targets are met using effective processes

Recall / report management and monitoring:

  • Manage the high risk drug monitoring process working alongside the Pharmacy team
  • Support the management of clinical recalls working alongside the Nursing team
  • Cytology recalls as per QoF including the management of Open Exeter for Cytology purposes and cytology pathology administration

Patient communications:

  • SystmOne tasks

ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE

Qualifications
GCSE equivalent qualifications (particularly, English and Maths) - Essential

A demonstrable commitment to Continuous Professional Development - Essential


Experience
Experience of working within Primary Care - Desirable

Experience of SystmOne clinical system - Desirable
