The Company
Aspin FM Ltd is a family run business, located on the outskirts of Bury.

From this location we provide cleaning and facilities services to approx 50 clients and 70 sites across the North West.

As a member of the Aspin FM Ltd team, you will be supported in your role, trained to provide the correct level of service to our client, provided with the right equipment to do the same and motivated to go that extra mile through Recognition Awards, Employee Assistance Programmes, External Training and regular meetings with your line manager

The Role

The requirements of the role are to provide 2.5hrs per day of cleaning services to our clients premises in Stoneclough.

You must either live locally to this location or have reliable transport to ensure you are able to get to the site each day.

The cleaning requirement will include general cleaning of offices, kitchens, toilets, emptying bins in the offices, vaccumming and mopping. A schedule will be provided to ensure all areas are cleaned daily/weekly. You will be provided with full training on the site until you are comfortable with the site requirement.

The Hours
Monday - Friday 2.5hrs per day, 4pm to 6.30pm
