Do you have experience working with secondary age pupils?

Are you resilient and able to manage and overcome challenging behaviour?

If so, this position could be the answer.


Career Teachers are working with an OFSTED rated 'good' school in Rochdale who are looking for a behaviour mentor to work with their pupils across KS3 & KS4.

You will be working with small groups of individuals who have been removed from class and presentchallenging behaviour.


This is a a full-time position, to start in February and will continue until the end of the academic year.


The role will suit someone who has previously worked as either a teaching assistant, youth worker, sports coach or cover supervisor.
