Surveyor to join our team We have

Full-Time or Part-Time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting property inspections and surveys, contribute towards preparing reports identifying defects, diagnosis, remediation, and maintenance requirements.
- Support senior surveyors in project management tasks, such as contract administration and project management.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in building surveying.
- Become part of a team aiming to deliver excellent professional services.

Desired Experience:
- An RICS accredited bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or similar.
- Strong knowledge of building surveying principles, practices, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- A proactive and selfmotivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
