• Assist in conducting property inspections and surveys, contribute towards preparing reports identifying defects, diagnosis, remediation, and maintenance requirements.
• Support senior surveyors in project management tasks, such as contract administration and project management.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in building surveying.

• An RICS accredited bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building surveying principles, practices, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• A proactive and selfmotivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
