Applicants invited for the role of Office Secretary to work with an established team of property specialists.We are an RICS accredited firm of Chartered Surveyors, Building Consultants and Property Managers. In this varied role, the responsibilities will include Office management and Executive PA to our Directors.
Exceptional IT skills and excellent verbal communication and written English are essential.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Enthusiasm to learn all aspects of office administration is required.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Education:
- Degree preferred (2:1 or above preferred).
- A Levels (3 B's or above)
- A Grade GCSE English or equivalent
- A Grade GCSE Maths or equivalent
Requirements & skills:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Familiarity with office organisation
- High degree of multitasking and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Ms Office.
