The Role - Control Centre Operative

What you'll be doing:
- Working within our National Control Centre situated in Warrington
- Providing a high standard of customer care to our security personnel and customers
- Monitoring and responding to the needs of our business 24/7 365 days a year
- Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security
About You:
- Team player
- Strong customer service skills and positive telephone manner
- Calm under pressure
- Confident, approachable and professional
- We require all of our employees have a good level of written and spoken English
- You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this
- You must hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training
