Customer Care Advisor

Featherstone


Groomfield Recruitment are looking for Customer Service Agents to join their client based in Featherstone on an temp - perm opportunity.

The duties involved in this role are:

  • Work flexibly and efficiently to meet internal and external customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards
  • Outbound calling with customer service being at the forefront of the calls
  • To follow and promote relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure to always ensure clients safety.
  • Ensure correct use of the system and maintain a high level of data quality.
  • Ensure patients are contacted in a timely manner complying with patient confidentially and data protection protocols.
You will have an excellent customer service background and be confident using the phones daily.


Requirements:


  • Clear basic DBS this can be done for you if you don't already have one
  • Efficient and polite communication skills
  • Ability to construct professional written communications
  • Computer Literate
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Hours:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • 09:30 18:00

Salary:
£11.44per hour
