As a housing management worker, you will be a team member supporting the Senior Housing Management Worker to ensure that our housing services are adequately managed, the accommodation secure, and with an eye for detail to ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained and high standard reports are produced on time.

We have achieved accreditation of Investors In People for the last 12 years and we understand that our staff are at the core of our service delivery


Job Overview

You will work directly with residents to ensure their tenancies are maintained, and personal development plans are in place; you will also help them to make arrangements for their subsequent resettlement when they are ready to leave us.


No two days are the same and you will need to be an excellent communicator, methodological administrator and an everyday user of ICT.

Working in a small professional team you will be expected to have a flexible approach to work.


Hours of Working

Shifts are on rota and between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 totalling 37 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.

Some lone working is necessary


Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in social care and / or working with vulnerable adults; ideally staff will have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, although full training will be provided for the right person.


Training
We will provide comprehensive training to help support you in your role supported by on the job instruction.


Other Information
Car user is essential due to visiting a number of properties across the projects with mileage contribution 40p per mile
