About The Role

About the role
This is a rare opportunity to play an integral part in our established and expanding business.

We're looking for a capable and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join us at our site within the Port of Dundee.


Working closely with our Finance Manager and the wider Projects team, you will be responsible for providing a full and efficient administrative support service.

Some of your key duties will include administering resource allocations; processing payroll information related to salaries, overtime, absence and holidays; purchase requisitioning; monitoring supplier hires, recording project details and compiling a range of statistical reports.


What are we looking for?


You will be an experienced and capable administrator and will ideally have worked in a similar role in a port, transport or logistics environment.

Efficient, resourceful and proactive, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst managing a busy and varied workload.

Excellent administration, planning, communication and IT skills are therefore a key requirement.


Although this role will be mainly office based, you will also be required to assist in our operational areas within the Port from time to time.

You must therefore have a good awareness of the importance of health and safety in a Port environment and have a full driving licence to allow you to travel around the Port estate.
