Description
Customer Service Advisors are accountable for a range of customer service and satisfaction targets:- Accurate and speedy order processing.
- Discrepancy resolution.
- Product promotion.
- Call answering KPI's
- SLA with existing Customers
- Ensuring all orders and calls are processed quickly and efficiently and the flow rate of orders is clearly communicated with other departments.
- Providing discrepancy cover, for all other Customer Service Advisors.
- Responding to all requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolving (or escalating) any issues, to the Customer Service Manager as appropriate.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Effective Communication
- Able to communicate with Customer, Colleagues and Senior Management.
- Problem Solving able to solve analytical problems and implement timely, practical solutions.
- Working Relationships able to develop strong collaborative working relationships with key colleagues throughout the business.
- Flexible able to respond positively and reliably to internal and external customer requests.
- Operational Planning able to plan (as well as react) to stay ahead of the game.
- Good knowledge of O365, CRM's & Other Office Based Software.
