Description

• Accurate and speedy order processing.
• Discrepancy resolution.
• Product promotion.
• Call answering KPI's
• SLA with existing Customers
• Ensuring all orders and calls are processed quickly and efficiently and the flow rate of orders is clearly communicated with other departments.
• Providing discrepancy cover, for all other Customer Service Advisors.
• Responding to all requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolving (or escalating) any issues, to the Customer Service Manager as appropriate.

• Effective Communication
• Able to communicate with Customer, Colleagues and Senior Management.
• Problem Solving able to solve analytical problems and implement timely, practical solutions.
• Working Relationships able to develop strong collaborative working relationships with key colleagues throughout the business.
• Flexible able to respond positively and reliably to internal and external customer requests.
• Operational Planning able to plan (as well as react) to stay ahead of the game.
• Good knowledge of O365, CRM's & Other Office Based Software.
