Reception Area- Checkingin visitors and answering telephone
- Directing Visitors, giving instructions and directions
- Concierge services when required
- Liaising with tenants
- Couriers and deliveries
- Newspapers
- Flowers
- Printer /Binder
- Office Stationary
- Ensure smooth running of hospitality for meeting rooms
- Managing meeting room calendar
- Clearing and prepping meeting rooms in a timely manner
- General IT (basic)
- Maintain clean and safe reception area
- Documenting and communicating action
- Ensuring the Reception Manual is up to date at all times
- Training of the Clermont Support Team
- Maintaining a clean and safe reception area
- Reporting any health and safety issues to client
- Vigilance of all visitors and addressing suspicious behaviour
- Manage content on the building APP
- Handle customer fault reporting by logging, reporting and resolving issues
- Research and initiate ideas for new services to enhance building offering
- Meeting room and ground floor technology coordinate and support
- Assist with preparation of marketing material and updating marketing channels
- Keep and update enquiries and viewings tracker
- Conduct customer viewings when necessary in person, or by 'virtual' technology
- Help with move in process
- Prepare customer welcome packs when new customer starts
- Source and update local promotional offerings on building APP
- Come up with ancillary income ideas and offerings for the building
- Carry out administrative tasks for team on an adhoc basis
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- StocktononTees: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
