Looking for a dynamic and challenging role in a leading plastic injection moulded components production company? Look no further Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their team and manage all contracts won by the company, fromorder receipt to production handover.

With in-house tool design and production, this role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries including automotive, electronics, engineering, medical, military, defence and aerospace.

As a Project Engineer, you will participate in all major functions relating to Sales quote Generation, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design FMEA, Project Management, Product Validation and Production Handover for all contracts won by the client.

Your duties will include liaising with Toolmakers/Designers as regards quote requests for new tools, modifications to new and existing tools and any queries in relation to tool quotes and handling all issues relating to product and tool design.

You will need 2 years of experience in a similar role and a good working knowledge of Solidworks 2021. Experience of using ERP software, highly desirable to have used Spyro 8 is a plus.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £35-£38k DOE and otherbenefits like 20 days holiday + Bank holidays increasing each year up to 25 days, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, and Annual Shutdown at Christmas and Summer.
