A superb opportunity to work for a prestigious business based in Gloucester is now live My client is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Lead to support the business within their IT department.

You will have an excellent understanding of Microsoft 365and have proven expereience of driving digtial content. This is a brand-new role to the business so you will have full autonomy in the role

Offering a fantastic salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on your experience.


The Role as a Digital Marketing Lead:

  • Building and maintaining relationships within the business.
  • Support the professional development inhouse through the creation of digital content.
  • Create organised training plans.
  • Provide regular performance reports on progress, status, and achievements for own area, to be used by both Management and Users.
  • Digital Support Sessions (M365/ Hardware engagement/ IT)
  • Guidance on the usage and best practice of all things digital creating videos, tech guides, SharePoint, and signposting.
  • Microsoft 365 Release Management the testing and promotion of new features, empowering users to engage.
  • Digital Champion Program ensuring there are key people on the client side that 'champion' IT/Digital Services

Skills and Attributes Required:


  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 36
  • Technical and solution focused individual.
  • A handson individual who is keen to get stuck into a varied job role.
  • Confident in delivering one to ones and training programmes.
  • Strong understanding of technology.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
