Hope all is well

We are a wholesale butchers based in North West London, Kilburn. We supply many of the very best restaurants and butchers in London and across the UK. We also import and export across Europe.

We are a small business of 10 highly committed professionals who get on very well, enjoy what we do and have a good laugh.

We are looking for an experienced butcher who has a keen eye for detail and selection. This is not a cutting role.

This person needs to be able to go into our dry ageing fridge and select the very best of our stock in order to meet the requirements of our clients specifications when it comes to size, age and marbling.

Selection is crucial within our business so we really need someone who cares and knows what they are looking for.

Yearly Salary Paid Monthly:
£35,000 to £40,000 (Dependant on experience)

Days:
Monday to Friday (Every 2nd sat, 2 to 3 hours)

Hours: 7am to 3pm (as the business demands)
