Solution Architect - Data Services - Azure Technologies - Hybrid working - £80k - £100k pa


Our Data Services client based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join their expanding team to help provide technical and strategy thought across the whole lifecycle of data projects.

You will be responsible for

  • Taking on technical ownership of data projects and transitioning them from presales to delivery
  • Translating customers business goals and data strategies into technical delivery roadmaps making expert recommendations on data tools and technology stacks
  • Architect data and digital solutions that deliver against business strategies
  • Implementing data and digital platforms using technology from the Microsoft Azure stack
  • Providing technical leadership and direction across data architecture, data engineering, data visualisation and data science
  • Support the sales team in responding to framework bids, technical presales requests as well as with existing account mining from a data and digital perspective
  • Support technical partnership conversations with existing, new and potential partners


It is expected that you will have at least 4 years recent experience working as a Solutions Architect in a dynamic Azure environment working with technologies such as - Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services.

Youwill also have experience and knowledge of Agile Data Project Management and Dev Ops/Data Ops, as well as advanced knowledge of Data Management and Governance and Data Privacy (GDPR).

**The role is Hybrid working with client visits as and when needed.
