Senior Project Engineer
- Managing multiple projects where you will be responsible for developing accurate project costings, monitoring and maintaining work progress, producing company approved proposals and communication across departments.
- Establishing, tracking and maintaining project resource plans.
- Developing key project performance metrics to support new project forecasting, this includes understanding the accuracy of the costing process, project profitability, process improvement actions etc
- Supporting the Head of Engineering with resource and department planning
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures and project management related documentation.
- Ensuring all tasks are compliant with H&S, management and environmental requirements.
Senior Project Engineer
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required:
- Strong experience working within transportation, aerospace or similar industries
- BSc in an engineering, science or relevant field, similar qualifications and time served will be considered
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt well under pressure and problem solve
- Strong communication skills
Senior Project Engineer
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualification Required:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Have an understanding of car or commercial vehicle design
