We are looking for a Recovery & Wellbeing Coordinator to work closely and in partnership with the NHS Recovery Team providing support from the Steps programme which involves outreach work and 121 wellbeing planning sessions _(for Job Description, please visit )_

Essentials:


  • Experience of working within a mental health service
  • An understanding of a range of skills, preventions, interventions and management linked to wellbeing and personcentred support
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of recovery principles and the role of mental health services across Swindon
  • GCSE/O Levels education (94/A*C) in Maths & English (or equivalent numeracy and literacy).
  • Degree or Diploma in an appropriate health and social care field, i.e. psychology _Desirable._
  • An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body (i.e. Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Charted Management Institute etc.)
  • Desirable
