This is an exciting opportunity to Join BHT at a crucial time in its journey.

Working within the Division of Surgery & Critical Care, but also as part of a trust wide team to support the planned care workstream.

Planned care has been on a continuous journey of improvement and managed to clear all long waiters at the 78 wk and 104wk milestone - delivering essential care to patients across all specialties.

The next mission will be to further that work and embark on the journey back to normal wait times.

The HoPC will be critical in driving this workstream and supporting the Service Delivery Units across the Division and trust in order to achieve this.
