Our clients are setting up a new team which is also open to Graduates with a retail customer services background as full training will be given.
This role is hybrid.
An outstanding educational and training provider is looking for customer care executives who will go over and above to provide an outstanding services to this world leading organisation.
Ensure the clients enquiry has been answered or resolved to set SLA markers
Attend regular team meetings and participate in Marketing projects
You will need to have worked in customer services environment
Working with your team via TEAMS app
Attending initial two to three week training and monthly team meetings in their Head Office based in Liverpool St, London
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
