Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 1.30pm to 7.30pm - family can be flexible on start time

Yes, a driver is required, and a car is provided for use on duty


Summary:

This is a great 3-day role, working for a professional, Italian family (all speak English fluently) in Lewisham. This family of four live in a 4 bed/2.5 bath home and it is an informal, relaxed home.

The role is 70% childcare / 30% housekeeping.


Duties will include:
-

Childcare:
- school pick up (5 mins walk from home) 3 days per week
- support kids with homework
- drive them to after school activities (ex. martial arts, tutoring, play-dates, appointments etc)
- spend time with the kids (creative play, baking etc)
- prepare snacks / evening meal for kids (and family)
- supervise bedtime prep routine

Housekeeping
- general tidying up
- dusting/hovering
- emptying/loading dish washer
- change kids bed linen
- laundry
- preparation evening meal
- occasional food shopping/run some errands

This role will suit you if you are friendly, responsible and reliable. It would be a bonus if you spoke Italian, but not essential.


We are looking for someone who is happy to guide the children with some primary school homework and reading (English).

Ideally, you will be creative, engaging and be able to be firm, but fair when required.

The family are looking for a long-term placement.
