We market both directly to members of the public and via referral relationships with industry professionals and panels to generate growth.
We're looking for the right person to join our close-knit team, representing our business and providing excellent support to our industry partners, customers, and teams.
Main Purpose of the Role:
The Post Completion & Service Support Executive will be responsible for:
- Post completion processes and client queries
- Archiving files
- Successfully onboarding newly instructed clients
- Proving overflow capacity for incoming calls
- Issuing draft contracts on residential conveyancing sale files
- Administering incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing documents
Our Post Completion and Service Support Executives must be focussed on meeting the needs of our customers and have a drive and hunger to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
To always provide the highest level of customer care to clients and industry partners.
To undertake Post Completion tasks
To include:
AP1s and Requisitions
Administer the TID process on all completed files
Manage OS1s & OS2s
Update Lender Exchange & LMS Conveyancer Zone
Chase return of Notices, Share Certificates and Certificates of Compliance Post Completion
Manage retentions
Assist with Post Completion queries and issues
Archiving files.
To have a working understanding of the conveyancing process to assist customers with basic queries.
To provide service support to the wider team
To include:
Overflow capacity for incoming calls
b) To process incoming and outgoing mail
c) To file documents in line with the company document retention policy.
To successfully onboard newly instructed clients
To include:
Process incoming initial documentation
To process client payments over the phone
To process the memorandum of sale
To issue draft contracts and associated documentation
To transfer responsibility for files to the live team in a timely manner.
To participate in the generation of ideas for the improvement of the service
To maintain accurate and up to date records on our bespoke internal case management system at all times for the benefit of all parties and team members.

Educational Qualifications
Essential
- C or above GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths.
Experience

- Post Completion tasks in a Residential Conveyancing environment
Technical Skills

- Basic IT skills including proficiency in MS Office specifically Word and Excel
