About the job

Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant to join an award winning support team, to provide communication services to UK businesses.

Working alongside the Operations Manager, your role will involve placing orders and managing projects, configuration of UC solutions, and support across our Voice, Data, Mobile and Security products.

Responsibilities

Managing customer expectations throughout the installation process
Configuration of end user solutions and hardware
Manging and configuring UC solutions alongside the engineering team
Working with the support team during larger deployments
Providing support and advice to existing clients
Ability to investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot installation related issues
Liaison with 3rd party suppliers

Qualifications

Previous support experience of UC solutions preferably Gamma Horizon or from an IT support environment
Experience of working with WLR, Mobile and Data products is preferable
A cando attitude, and team player
Provisioning experience would be an advantage
Investigative skills and desire to problem solve
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Passion for emerging technologies and selfdevelopment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365 products

Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
