We are searching for a talented, passionate bartender who is excited in leading a busy wine bar at Salt Yard in Fitzrovia.

Fitzrovia - a destination for some of London's most popular eateries and a great place to have a drink. Mixed with the lively collection of boutiques, independent shops and galleries, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Are you someone who is organised, effective, passionate about wine and cocktails and a front of house leader who can manage a variety of tasks in a high-volume business?

The successful bartender will be looking to advance their career where there are great opportunities as we continue to expand our business.

You Are:

• Able to demonstrate sound skills in all areas of bar knowledge and practice
• A bartender looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business
• Able to work closely alongside the Management team to develop the outstanding offer
• An effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop other team members
• An ambitious, passionate person who has a desire to be a part of an independent group and expanding brand, leading by example
