Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner looking for a new role in Leicester? Keep on reading if you want to find out more about this role with excellent hybrid and flexible working.


You will be joining an experienced Clinical Negligence team at an award winning, top tier Legal 500 firm who are dedicated to serving claimants in negligence actions against hospitals, GPs, private healthcare providers, dentists and care homes, ranging from low to high severity.


As a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner you will be running your own clinical negligence caseload as well as handling high court litigated matters for the team.

You will assist on a broad range of large complex cases and straightforward matters, including claims such as birth injury, adult brain injury, TVT mesh and other gynaecological cases.


To be considered for this role, you will be a Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years experience working on your own clinical negligence caseloads, including experience in the above.

You will have proven experience of dealing with complex and straightforward claims and excellent client care relationships.


Please note that there may be some requirements to travel to the firms other UK offices as and when it is required.
