Customer Service Administrator, Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the UKs fastest growing insurance companies who cover a diverse range of markets.
Due to continued growth, our client seek a number of Customer Service Administrators to work from their Hayward Heath site in West Sussex.
Role Overview:
- To provide both telephone and administrative support to customers and internal departments
- Telephone work will involve both inbound and outbound (existing clients) activity
- Administrative duties include amending/updating policies, complaints, cancellations and renewals
Skills Required:
- Any customer service/retail or administration experience considered
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Good ability within administration (paperwork/PC work etc)
- Organised and confident with a good attention to detail
Hours & Package:
In return for working with our client you will receive:
- Generous starting salary of £22,000 plus fantastic company benefits
- Increased salary on completion of progression level matrix of up to £26,000 (within 12 months)
