The role
Within the Customer Excellence team, the Business support coordinator ensures the effective smooth running of our business processes.
The Business support Coordinator focusses on enabling excellent delivery to our internal and external customers through exceptional organisation, robust processes, and the capability to turn complexity into simplicity.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding owning and maintaining regular contact with all new hires in between offer stage and start date.
- Ensuring each new starter receives individual attention.
- Ensuring the new starter is clear on Uniphar roles and processes.
- Off Boarding owning and maintaining appropriate contact with employees and delivering the necessary process to offboard.
- Provide scheduling for client teams and internal employees with accurate annual leave and absence records
- Documentation support through QMS system
- Working alongside finance, ensure financial rigour and accurate billing/recharging.
- Support all employees with travel, delivering cost effective solutions.
- Support company events
- Manage and maintain site buildings
- Clear and timely documentation to show that the correct information has been passed to the right people
- Deliver administrative work in support of external or internal customers
- Undergo any reasonable task requested
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and be seen as a partner.
- Ready to take challenges and deal with difficult situations.
- Known for producing high quality, timely work that exceeds client expectations
- Exceptional presentation delivery skills
- Shares ideas, insight and data for the good of the business
- Excellent computer literacy excel, power point, word, outlook and customer relationship management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills
