We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to develop within a team to support high quality patient care and achieve high standards for their patients.

Tiptree Ward is a 26 bedded General Medical Ward.


Full and part time available - If you are able to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and nights then this job could be for you.

Band 3 positions available dependent on experience.


As a member of our Care Team, you will assist qualified staff in delivering a caring and effective, patient focused service in keeping with the aims, objectives and standards of the Trust.

You will assist with the maintenance of a safe care environment including preparing and clearing rooms and equipment with particular reference to infection control and safe working environment for patients, visitors and staff


Your role will involve supporting RN in assessment of patient, performing clinical baseline observations, orientating patient and relatives to the ward environment and following a plan of care, reports any changes in the patient's condition.


You will contribute with suggestions and ideas for action, report results of any intervention, record and document episodes of care in accordance with guidelines, performs ECG recordings with training and liaise with other departments and members of the multidisciplinary team as directed by the nurse in charge.
