Description

The Interweave team is a small group of dedicated digital professionals assembled to deliver products and technologies to enable Shared Care Records and associated solutions.

We work with external suppliers and vendors, Integrated Care Boards, and end user health and care organisations to deliver the vision of providing the right information, to the right people, at the right time.

We also work with national NHS bodies on innovation projects exploring how digital tools can be leveraged to better support the health and wellbeing of citizens.

This is meaningful work, and team members need to be passionate about working in the health and care sector.

Our aim is to empower frontline health and care workers by improving access to patient data from multiple sources, ultimately leading to better care.

The Product Owner has a key role within the Interweave team, tasked with developing the right products to support Shared Care Records and associated solutions across several regions.

Develop digital solutions to ensure that health and care information is available as a resource across the health and care sectors.

Work closely with senior stakeholders in the Shared Care Record regions to manage, develop and define the strategic direction of travel for the Interweave product portfolio.

Own the successful delivery of the Interweave products to support Shared Care record programmes.

Maintain the product backlog, manage sprint activities, build and own the development of the product roadmap.

Develop a clear governance framework for the prioritisation and funding of opportunities for sharing health and care data.

Collaborate with the local teams and suppliers to deliver the objectives of the strategic plan

The role involves working with our ICB partners to establish a roadmap of product developments, based on national and local priorities.

From those discussions, the roadmap is delivered using agile sprints working with external supplier(s), this is the primary responsibility of the Product Owner.

Additionally, the Interweave team has project managers assisting the ICB's to deploy the solutions to end user organisations, and engagement with end users to discover and learn is also an essential part of the role, identifying where the value is, and delivering against it to realise benefits.
