About The Role

• We advise property owners, occupiers, and funders in various matters including landlord tenant disputes (rent reviews dilapidations lease renewals service charge disputes etc.) building development land acquisitions strategic options possession actions purchaser claims trespass and squatter actions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with residential property disputes particularly service charge disputes debt recovery possession claims. They will work under the supervision direction of experienced solicitors handling intellectually challenging cases with competing priorities deadlines.
