A world renowned organisation is looking to bring further support to their payroll team in the form of an Payroll and Reward Team Leader.


You will become part of a dynamic and diverse People Services team that delivers excellent service to their internal employees and external stakeholders.

Within the Payroll team, you will support the Payroll Manager with the management of all payroll andrewards related activities to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time.

You will also manage a team of 2 Rewards Administrators to resolve all payroll and rewards requests

As a key member of the team your responsibilities will include:

  • Process multiple payrolls and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines
  • Collaborate with the central rewards team and support on any relevant projects, including annual benefits renewal
  • Work effectively with the payroll vendors to ensure processes and information are accurate and fit for purpose
  • Explore opportunities to improve our current processes and share with the payroll provider and the Payroll Manager
  • Partner with our Key Stakeholders including benefit providers
  • Support the team with escalations relating to complex reward queries.
  • Carry out audit checks on monthly payroll activities.
  • Support with the administration of Share Plan schemes
Be able to demonstrate a strong background working within payroll, and have excellent knowledge of external payroll systems. Experience working within Rewards and Benefits would be a strong advantage. You will be positive and proactive, have excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team.
