Description
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join the team located in London where they will be working alongside one of our major Clients.


Role Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative services to the client and the contract.

In order to be successful in the role it is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and develop relationships with key business and account lead, customers and external agencies.
  • Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized.
  • Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, allow better buying and use preferred suppliers.
  • Compiling of the Contract Review pack
  • Conducting supplier surveys on MySupplier
  • Compiling of the Customer Monthly Management Report
  • Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Managing the Contract Support Team to control the invoice pool.
  • Coordination of subcontractor files, ensuring they are statutorily compliant with QHSE requirements
  • Build a Contract Support Team and ensure team is effectively utilised.
  • Lead and develop a Contract Support Team, providing the necessary training and development to ensure effective delivery.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labour, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.


Requirements:


Education & Experience
Hold academic passes with at least GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in Contract Support or Finance Support role.


Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.


Financial Knowledge
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.


Scope:

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
