I am working with an organisation in Sheffield City Centre who are looking for a number of experienced
Customer Service Officers, who are passionate about delivering brilliant service and ensuring customers get the help they need when they need it most

The role is full time, 35 hours per week, and paying £12.00 PAYE p/h + holiday pay. The client is offering 8-12 weeks as an interim contract with a view of going permanent thereafter.

Interviews will be week commencing 19th February to start no later than Monday 4th March.


The organisation offers flexible shift patterns, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30 or 09:30 - 17:00 (30 min lunch break) You will work from the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home.


A bit about the job:


You will be answering inbound calls to support customers with non-complex queries and guide them to the appropriate onward claims journey.

Whether it's overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostic tests, scans, or aftercare, you will help & support customers to get to the right specialist private treatment they need, when they need it.


Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to be empathetic towards our customers
  • Explain things to customers in a clear & understandable way
  • Offer the right solutions and signposting to customers based on their individual needs
