Start Solar is a well established Renewable energy Company seeking Customer Service Specialists to join the team due to the rapid growth of the company's business.
The main responsibilities of this position will be:
- Calling customers to confirm details
- Answering phone calls
- Maintain CRM database and reporting
- Handle postsettlement enquiries
- Assist the principal grow the business with marketing and other initiatives
- Customer assurance and quality tasks
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in administration / Receptionist
- Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnership with clients
- Accuracy and Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Moderate computing knowledge
- Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must have excel knowledge
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
