Start Solar is a well established Renewable energy Company seeking Customer Service Specialists to join the team due to the rapid growth of the company's business.

We are looking for highly motivated and well organised people with an outgoing personality and administration experience.

The main responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Calling customers to confirm details
  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintain CRM database and reporting
  • Handle postsettlement enquiries
  • Assist the principal grow the business with marketing and other initiatives
  • Customer assurance and quality tasks
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in administration / Receptionist
  • Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnership with clients
  • Accuracy and Attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Moderate computing knowledge
  • Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Must have excel knowledge

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
