We're looking for a highly motivatedAdministrator to work with our Legal Team based in
Chester. This is a
part time role, working 4 days a week on a
6 month FTC.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of certain tasks providing accuracy and efficiency across the team.
We are looking for someone with confident communication skills and strong attention to detail.Key responsibilities of an Administrator:
The main purpose of your role is to support the legal team with office administration which includes:
- Scanning confidential documents.
- File and maintain accurate records.
- Answering telephone calls and general enquiries.
- Respect confidentiality of information in line with GDPR.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator:
- Preferably experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible, positive working attitude.
