Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Associate to directly support our Portfolio Managers and collaborate with various internal teams.

As a Portfolio Associate, you will actively monitor portfolios and markets, assist in measuring risk, and contribute to the management of client assets.

You will have the opportunity to provide creative solutions, develop tools, and enhance reporting methods to support the Portfolio Management team.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure investment objectives are reflected across portfolios in scope
  • Monitor portfolio positions and products, ensuring compliance with client guidelines in coordination with the Compliance team
  • Coordinate with Portfolio Management on portfolio rebalancing
  • Utilize proprietary risk systems to monitor portfolio exposures
  • Assist in account transitions and cash flow management
  • Conduct performance and attribution analyses
  • Respond to adhoc requests from the Portfolio Management team

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative/analytical field from a leading university, or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Income, including knowledge of cash and derivative instruments
  • Exceptional communication skills to operate effectively in a complex financial and mathematical environment
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; SQL, Python, and programming skills are preferred
  • Strong processoriented background with a keen portfolio risk and operational awareness
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to function efficiently and problemsolve in a highpressure and timecritical environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with international markets
