Assistant Finance Controller Industrial:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide regular, timely and valuable reports to the Industrial Senior Leadership Team detailing weekly direct labour efficiency, capital expenditure, headcount & FTE, variable production overheads, variable material overheads and inventory variances.
Assist the Finance Controllers Industrial and Finance Manager in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts in line with cost centre managers' expectations and within the Group guardrails.
Work alongside the Finance Controllers Industrial and the Finance Manager to support the various needs of the industrial business partners, developing reports and working on projects.
Assist with internal and external audit queries and requests for information, audit stock counts.
Maintain compliance with all regulations and directives of Vaillant Group and accounting standards.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Excellent IT skills including Excel.
SAP or similar system experience.
Problem solving and analytical approach.
Selfstarter who can meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Highly professional with very good organisational skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
