Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Quality checks as required to insure conformance to the company Quality Management System (Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental)
  • Progress reporting on the document's status / maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Set up, copy, scan and store documents
  • Create templates
  • Control documentation modification, distribution, issuance during its lifecycle
  • Filing and organisation of documents (both electronic and / or hardcopies)
  • To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
  • Attend pre-start, Project and team meetings as required
  • Assist in the collation and issue of handover documents (e.g. O&M manuals)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
